What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online financial service that enables you to use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card to make online payments to Trixan Body. PayPal belongs to eBay and is one of the world's largest payment processor, with over 150 million registered accounts in the United States and worldwide.
Which Payment Methods do you accept?
We process our payments through PayPal. This means that we can accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercards, Discover and American Express.
Is PayPal secure?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the merchant won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
Why is my credit card being declined?
There are several reasons why your credit card may be declined. Please refer to this checklist of potential causes:

Please ensure you are entering your credit card number AND CVV2 number correctly. The CVV2 is normally an extra three numbers displayed on the back of your credit card and after your regular card number.

Many card issuers now have optional credit card security procedures configurable by you the owner of the credit card. Normally available inside your Internet banking interface, these systems allow you to setup rules associated with your credit card.
This rules include:- The maximum individual transaction amount permitted;
- A validity period for a virtual card number;
- A new CVV2 security number.
- Exceeds your own present transaction limit;
- Is with a virtual card number that has expired;
- Has a different CVV2 number.
It may be as simple as increasing your preset transation limit or generating a new virtual card number with a new expiry date.

Are the prices in Australian dollars?
The prices on our Australian site are in Australian dollars. If you are not located in Australia, you can select your country in the drop-down at the top right of the screen to go to your local Trixan Body website and see prices in your local currency. We currently have websites in the USA and UK markets.
Accept cheques or money orders?
Currently we only accept payments through PayPal and Credit Cards.
Order Status
Haven't received order yet?
Your order will take around 5 to 10 working days to be shipped to you by regular mail. Please wait for mail delivery on the 10th business day before contacting us by email. Please include your order number and shipping address if you contact us.
Occasionally, there may be a delay due to an item being out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of the delay and notify you once your order leaves our Warehouse.
Can I track my order?
To check the status of an order you have placed with us, simply log into your account and go to the order history page.
Can I cancel my order? How do I do this?
You can cancel an order provided it hasn't already been shipped. Most orders are shipped very quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. To do so, please email us with your order number and include the word 'cancel' in the subject line.
Returns Policy
What is your returns policy?
We offer you a 100% "no questions" returns policy.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, simply comply with the points below and we will happily meet your requirements.
We will accept returns up until 45 days from original dispatch. Contact us to be issued a Return Authority Number and a Returns Address. Please quote your order number at this time. Note reason for return. State if you would like an exchange or refund. Please provide a full description of your requested exchange, including product name, size and colour.
We recommend that you register returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
For hygienic purposes, when trying on swimwear, briefs, and thongs please ensure that you do so over your own underwear. Do not remove any labels, swing tags or accessories until you are happy with your purchase. Failure to comply with this may result in a quality control rejection.
No returns on hosiery products can be accepted once removed from their package.
Shape wear comes with explicit instructions on how to put the garments on. Please carefully follow the correct procedure to prolong the life of your garment. Please take the time to carefully read the care instruction labels on your purchased garments. Footwear must be returned in original, unworn condition with the tags and labels still attached.
Gift with Purchase
If I have received a gift with purchase and return the purchased item, may I keep the gift?
Yes, it remains a gift to you from Trixan Body.
Registration
Do I have to register to place an order?
You don't need to register to browse our store and add items to the shopping basket. However, you will be asked to register when you make a purchase by going through our checkout process. As a registered user you will have the advantage of being able to use our express checkout as well as check on your order status and update your details through the 'My Account' facility.
How do I register?
You will be registered automatically when you place your first order.
What are the benefits of registering?
It simplifies the check out process. Once you are registered, you can use the 'express login', saving you the trouble of entering your address information again. We value your support and respect your privacy. We will not give your personal data to any person in any circumstances.

How do I find an item?
You can either browse the categories on the left-hand side of the web page or search for a product. The search box is in the upper-right corner. You can browse by your favourite brand or by your favourite style. If you are not sure about your size, please refer to our sizing guides. Whilst browsing, you can add items to your basket and review them at any time. To add an item to your basket, please select your colour, then your size. Once you have decided on your purchases, proceed to checkout.
How do I place an order?
Browse the site and add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'buy' button. Ensure you select your colour, then your size. If you are not sure about your size, please refer to our sizing guides. Each time you add an item you will be taken to your shopping cart. Click on 'continue shopping' to add more items to your cart. Whilst browsing, you can add, review or remove items from your basket at any time. Once you have decided on your purchases, proceed to checkout. On the 'login/register' page scroll down to 'new customer registration' and fill in your details. You need to make up a password here so you can use the 'express login' for future orders. Click on 'register'- You will then be taken to the order confirmation page. If your order and address details are correct, click on 'proceed to payment. You will now be redirected to PayPal. If you are a registered PayPal customer, you can log into the PayPal site with your PayPal login details to make the payment. If you are not a PayPal customer, you can enter your credit card details. You should now receive a message telling you that your payment has been successful!
Is the Trixan Body website secure?
Doing business with us is safe. Our web site uses industry standard 128bit SSL encryption to accept secure credit card payments. 128bit SSL is regarded as bank grade encryption and is the highest level supported by a standard web browser.
We will not disclose any of your personal data to any person under any circumstances.
Does my purchase include sales tax?
Yes, a 10% GST surcharge is included in all Trixan Body products sold within Australia.

How much does shipping cost?
Our freight charges are very reasonable and calculated based on the weight of your order. You can find out the freight costs on the order confirmation page, during the checkout process.
How is my order shipped?
We ship by regular mail. Delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 business days.
Can you expedite my order?
At this time, we only support shipments by regular mail.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
We prefer to keep retail prices low and do not add an extra margin to
our prices to cover shipping. Because shipping fees are a major cost
factor, we cannot offer free shipping

Where do you ship to?
We only ship to Australia. If you are located in the USA or the UK, please visit the local USA or UK stores by selecting your country from the drop-down in the top right corner of this website.

How do I determine my size?

Bogan Boots - Uk/US only
Are Bogan Boots waterproof?
No. Genuine sheepskin footwear is not waterproof, however is somewhat water resistant. It takes a fair bit of moisture to penetrate through the skin and then through to the wool. Only footwear with an outer layer of a waterproof material are almost waterproof and quite often these are not lined with genuine sheepskin but a woolen look-a-like.
